What is a Meline pigment peel?

MeLine is an advanced skin care range that is specifically designed to target pigmented problems such as melasma, sun damage, acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. It is the perfect solution for those who would like to even out the skin tone without needles or lasers.
You will have 2 clinic based peels and 5 active products to use over 60 days. The first step in the process is to prime the skin with the active day and night creams then peels are done on day 7 and again on day 30. After the 60 days have been completed you may return to your usual skin care regime.

How aften should I have treatment?

​You can repeat the Meline peel yearly if necessary.

Does it hurt?

​The clinic based peel can cause a small amount of discomfort but this is transient and settles very quickly.

What are the side effects of treatment?

​You can expect redness and your skin to feel tight for approximately 48 hours after the peel. On day 2-4 your skin will start to peel, this should settle by day 7. You will be given a detailed post care advice sheet outlining what to do during this time.

What should I do or not do after a Meline pigment peel?

​Avoiding direct contact with harmful UV light is advisable and ensuring that you use the active day cream with SPF is essential. You will be given 5 x Meline active products to use that will last the 60 days, this will be all that you need to successfully complete your peel process.

How long does a MeLine treatment take?

​The treatment starts with a consultation outlining what the whole process involves. You will be given 2 products to use for the first 7 days. The clinic based peel takes approximately 20 minutes to do.
