What is LED light mask therapy?

LED (light-emitting diode) therapy involves treating the skin with different wavelengths of light to help treat different skin concerns, such as sun damage, acne, anti ageing and wound healing.
The red light is scientifically proven to penetrate the dermis of the skin to boost collagen stores and the blue light has been proven to neutralise the bacteria that causes acne.
The LED light mask is always used after a dermal filler treatment to help reduce swelling and brusing.

How often can I have an LED light mask treatment?

Does it hurt?

Not at all.

What are the side effects from a LED light mask treatment?

There are no side effects from treatment. LED light mask therapy is very safe, there are no harmful wavelengths of light in the mask, it is very gentle on the skin and proven of benefit to improve the texture and the healing of the skin.

What should I do or not after treatment?

You may continue your usual skin care regime but please do use a lightweight SPF sun cream and avoid direct contact with harmful UV rays.

How long does it take?
