What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion with aqua peel uses the Omega Hydrodermabrasion machine. This is an  advanced technology for improving the texture and brightness of the skin, using water rather  than harsh chemical crystals. The vacuum suction device is used to simultaneously soften the top layer of dead skin cells, working as an effective peel without using needles or abrasion. Aqua peel cleanses, exfoliates, hydrates and brightens the skin, as well as improving congested skin and blackheads

How often should I have a microdermabrasion with aqua peel?

​You can have a treatment every 4 weekly, 8 weekly or 12 weekly, to suit your  schedule.

Does it hurt?

​There is very little to no discomfort with microdermabrasion. It is a very soothing and calming treatment.

What are the side effects of a microdermabrasion treatment?

​There is little to no side effects from treatment, apart from a small amount of redness that may last for a few hours at the most. Your skin should feel lovely and smooth for several weeks after just one treatment.

What should I do or not do after treatment?

​You may continue with your own skin care regime but please continue to use a lightweight SPF sun cream and avoid any direct exposure to harmful UV light.

How long does it take?
