Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. Swedish massage may loosen up tight muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising.

Chizelle offers a free 30-minute free consultation to discuss any areas that you feel that are a cause of concern. A body analysis consultation will be performed and Chizelle will then plan a massage program to meet your needs.

Hot stone massage uses smooth, flat, heated stones that are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. The stones may be placed along your spine, palms, feet, or toes. Sometimes the stones may be used to massage your body using the Swedish massage techniques with long strokes, circular movements, or kneading.

Paraffin wax dipping is beneficial for the skin and hair because it contains hydrocarbons, which moisturize and soften the skin. The wax coats your nails, making them shinier and smoother. It also helps to heal hangnails and cuticles because it seals in moisture.
